Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-02 · How we handle your data.

The short version

We only collect what we need to run FreeBet: your Discord login, your activity on the platform, and payment records for deposits. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

  • Account info from Discord: your Discord ID, username, avatar and email address.
  • Activity: markets you create, bets you place, your balance and transaction history.
  • Payments: deposit amounts and references from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Withdrawals: the bank account number or IBAN you provide for a payout, plus the amount and status. We use this only to process your withdrawal.
  • Technical data: things like your IP address and browser, used for security and to keep audit logs.

How we use it

  • To run your account, process bets and pay out winnings.
  • To send you essential service emails (results, payouts, notices).
  • To keep the platform safe and prevent fraud and manipulation.
  • To enforce our Terms (for example, investigating reports).

Emails and your choice

Essential emails (about your account and activity) are part of the service and can't be turned off while you have an account.

Optional update emails are only sent if you opt in when you join. You can opt out at any time by contacting an admin.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that make FreeBet work — for example our payment processor and email provider — and only as much as needed. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention reasons. You can ask us to delete your account; some records (like payment history) may be kept where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to limit how we use it. Contact an administrator on Discord and we'll help.

Changes

If we make important changes to this policy, we'll ask you to review and accept the new version.
